• Cell & Tissue Cryopreservation

DMSO has been used as a cryoprotectant in cell and tissue preservation since the late 1950s — a class of use established in biological research for several decades. It is commonly incorporated into freezing media to limit intracellular ice formation during cooling.

• Polymer Dissolution & Synthetic Fiber Processing
